If you have forgotten your password, you can use the link ‘I don’t remember my password’, located in the identification zone of the webpage. If you follow the instructions you will immediately receive an email with a link to a page in which you can insert a new password.
Step by step
To change your old password for a new one, you must first identify yourself in the platform and click on ‘My Account’. Here you will find a central icon called ‘My Data’. From there you can access the main data of your user profile and edit the information.
Once you are on that page, type the new password in the indicated field, and then again to confirm the password is correctly written. Then, click on ‘Confirm and save’.
You now have a new password. The next time you access the platform and log in, you must do so with this new password.
